How do we get going?

We’ll start with a short discovery call to understand your current challenges and goals. From there, we’ll tailor the two-day Business and Data Strategy workshop to focus on the areas that will make the biggest impact for your data team.

The workshop is currently offered at a launch rate of £1,500 (typically £4,000). This includes a pre-workshop call, all materials, facilitation by Tristan and Fiona, and a digital summary of outcomes. The session can be delivered remotely via Zoom and Miro, or in person.
